About Västerbotten Sweden
The Västerbotten Sweden project is a three-year (2023-2025) joint venture in which Västerbotten's export-interested tourism companies, municipalities and destinations join forces to jointly ensure the quality of a sustainable and collective export. Partners in the project are initially the County Council of Västerbotten, Gold of Lapland, Visit Skellefteå and Visit Umeå. Other partners are all municipalities of Västerbotten.
The project is funded by the European Union and the County Council of Västerbotten.
